  1. Storage terms and conditions 

  2. SureMove Removals and Storage does not take responsibility for any damage that occurs to televisions that have not been professionally packed in a designated television box or the packaging that the television originally came in. 

  3. SureMove Removals and Storage does not take any responsibility for any mattrasses that are not adequately covered to prevent marks/stains. We do not take responsibility for any marks/scuffs/stains that incur during moving in and out of storage if the mattress has not been adequately covered. 

  4. SureMove Removals and Storage does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items that are stored alongside any of the prohibited items on the list or any items that fall within the reasonable parameters of the prohibited items of the list. 

  5. SureMove Removals and Storage do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to any items stored which fall into the category of any items on the list of prohibited items, or that fall within the reasonable parameters of prohibited items. If any items which fall or reasonably fall under the prohibited list are stored and this results in any damage to the vehicle, building or storage unit, you will be liable for costs to repair all damages and any costs incurred by the company for moving or disposing of any items. 

  6. If any items which fall or reasonably fall under the prohibited items list are stored and this results in damage to another unit, you will be liable for any and all costs and damages that occur. 

  7. If damage occurs to another client’s unit as a result of you storing items on the prohibited list or that fall within the reasonable parameters of the prohibited list, you will be liable for any and all damages, including any costs incurred by the company to rectify damage and or damaged items. 

 Food or perishable items, spices, herbs, marinades, cans, jars. Nothing that can be consumed by human or animal. 

Any living or dead creatures or pets. 

Combustible substances such as gas, paint, oils, petrol, cleaning solvents or compressed gasses. 

Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition 

Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or any other potential hazardous substances 

Any items that emit fumes or odours 

Any illegal items or substances, any drugs or drug paraphernalia, any illicitly obtained/ counterfeit/smuggled tobacco, alcohol or any other harmful item 

Any environmentally harmful item or substance that could pose risk to any person or their belongings 

Currencies, deeds and securities, jewellery, watches, items of large monetary value 

Items which are irreplaceable or of high sentimental value to the owner/storer, that are unique by nature and are of significant value due to semimetal factors. This includes but is not limited to Ashes, Jewellery, photographs, clothes kept for sentimental reasons (I.e., baby clothes, clothes of a deceased loved one or relative)
